Why we built it

A finish-line screenshot never quite captures a multi-day journey. The climbs, the distance, the terrain you crossed — they deserve more than a flat list of stats. Contourist maps your route onto the landscape it actually happened on, so the story of the trip comes through at a glance.

How it works
